The Be Pro Mobile Workshop is designed to spark the imagination of students about a variety of high-wage, high-demand career opportunities. As a Champion, you play a critical role in encouraging students to maintain this momentum and get on the career pathway that's right for them.
Be Pro Be Proud has partnered with Tallo, a LinkedIn esque, closed digital platform, to manage ongoing student engagement. Encourage students to sign up with Tallo during their time on the Mobile Workshop Tour so they can continue to receive information about potential career pathways.
Provide students with classroom time to create their own, individualized Tallo career profile to showcase their interests, activities, and accomplishments.
Once students complete a profile, they will receive ongoing information about education, training, and job opportunities tailored to their interests
The Be Pro Be Proud Content Hub is configured to map students’ journeys toward a professional technical career. Students get a 360 look at the career paths of successful young professionals, obtain market and wage data, and learn about training, certificates, and job opportunities near them.
Having the Be Pro Be Proud Mobile Workshop on campus was a great experience for our students to learn about some of Arknsas’s high-deman careers. I enjoyed seeing our students take part in the hands-on activities available on the truck and learn about career decisions they want to pursue after high school.
